Recruit

An official free zittme module for job postings and online applications. Run a dedicated company careers site, or add a careers menu to your existing website.

Demos: narae-demo.zitt.me (Narae theme) · hospital-demo.zitt.me/recruit (default skin). You can explore the admin screens via "View admin" in the demo bar.

Applicant screens

• Job list (search by job family, employment type or title) and job details (key duties, requirements, preferred qualifications, hiring process, days left until the deadline)
• Online application: add education, work experience and certifications row by row, pick dates from a calendar, attach résumé and portfolio files
• Guests can apply too, and check progress or withdraw with an application number and password
• Open talent pool registration when there are no openings
• Company info and benefits screens

Hiring console

• Overview: headcount per hiring stage, postings closing soon and unread applications, recent applications
• Applications: stage tabs, select several applicants and move them to the next stage at once, export to Excel (CSV), browse with previous/next, "Move to next stage · Reject" buttons, status change history, staff notes
• Postings: create, copy (repost a similar job) and always-open hiring
• Talent pool: filtered search, move into a job application
• Company info and benefits: enter them by category, icon, name and description, or pick from 24 common benefits and add them in one go. What you enter appears in the same style on job details and in hiring themes

Requirements

• zittme 1.0.1 or later, PHP 7.4 or later
• A default skin is included. Use it with Narae, a free theme for game company and platform careers sites, and even the home page fills with your hiring data.
