Booking

The official zittme Booking module. Take bookings by facility, service or staff member, and handle everything from intake to payment, settlement and perks in a single operations console. It works as is for any booking that sets "when, where and with whom": clinic appointments, salon bookings by branch, studios, classrooms and experience programs.

Resources and schedule rules

Register what can be booked as resources (facilities and services), then set days of the week, time ranges and capacity as rules. Slots are generated from the rules automatically, and closed days are set separately. Full time slots are dimmed and days with no availability can't be selected in the calendar, so customers never waste a trip.

Staff

When bookings need to be made per person, such as designers, doctors or instructors, register them as staff. Set each staff member's available hours and the services they handle, and assign staff to branches to take bookings per branch. In staff mode, a "pick the staff member first, then the time" booking path opens, and staff are notified too when a booking is received, confirmed or canceled.

Settlement and perks

• Settlement: tally booking revenue per staff member and process settlement items in the admin screen
• Rewards points: a built-in ledger records earning and spending history
• Loyalty tiers: assign tiers based on usage and attach perks to each tier
• Coupons: coupons with issuing conditions and usage history

Operations console

Separate from the admin dashboard, there is a console for operators. See today's bookings, pending items, schedules per staff member and statistics on one screen, and trace what happened through notification logs and booking logs. Choose a theme skin in the console and it applies to the front end right away.

Skins

A default skin is included, and booking skins matched to zittme themes such as Hair Salon, Sinsunhan, Heritage, Heritage XEDITION, Goungyeol, Streetlab and Jamgyeol come with each theme. Apply a theme and the booking screens switch to the same design.

• Resources, schedule rules, closed days, slot capacity, booking form fields, hold expiry time
• Staff, available hours, branch links, settlement basis, rules for points, tiers and coupons
• Notification recipients and wording (booking received, confirmed, canceled)
• Language files included: Korean, English, Japanese, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), German, French, Spanish, Russian, Turkish, Vietnamese and Mongolian

Recommended environment

zittme 1.0.0 or later. To take payments, zittme Pay 0.2.9 or later is recommended. Service structured data output on booking detail pages is enabled from zittme 1.1. After updating, run the Booking update once in Admin > Modules.
