Store and experts

The Store is a feature inside the admin that lets you find and install resources such as skins, layouts, modules, and widgets. Open it with the Store button at the top of the admin.

Finding and installing resources

  1. Browse resources in the Store by category (skins, layouts, modules, widgets, themes, etc.).
  2. On a resource's detail page, check its description, screenshots, and requirements.
  3. Click Install and it is installed automatically in the right path. After installation, choose and apply skins and layouts in the design settings.

    4. Connecting a zitt.me account

    You can download free resources without connecting, but to use purchased resources or expert features, connect your zitt.me account.

    1. Click Connect zitt.me account on the Store screen.
    2. Log in to zitt.me and approve the connection for this site.
    3. Once connected, your purchase history is linked to this site, and you are automatically logged in to the experts screen.
      • Connections are per site. You can also disconnect from the same screen.
      • Always check that the address of the approval screen is zitt.me.

      Purchased resources

      • Paid resources purchased on zitt.me can be installed directly from the My purchases screen after connecting your account.
      • Licenses are managed per domain. If your site's domain changes, update the domain in your purchase history on zitt.me.

      Hiring an expert

      For customizations that are hard to build yourself, you can use the expert market. Open it with the Experts button at the top of the admin.

      • Find experts: Browse the profiles and work (portfolios) of registered experts.
      • Request work: Post a public request with the work you want, your budget, and a deadline, and experts will apply. When you select one of the applicants, your contact details are shared with each other.
      • Posting requests and applying require a connected zitt.me account.

      Updates

      When a new version of an installed resource is released, the Store notifies you. Before updating, check whether you have customized that resource. Files you edited yourself may be overwritten by the update.
