The shop console is a separate screen for operators. Sales and pending tasks sit at the top, and low-stock products can be restocked right from the list.

Every order, followed from start to finish
Status flows from payment confirmation to fulfillment, tracking numbers and delivery. Cancellations, returns and exchanges gather as claims so nothing slips. Guest orders use the same flow.
