Questions, answers and accepted picks,in one continuous thread
A Q&A module in the style of Naver KnowledgeiN. A member posts a question, others answer, and the asker accepts one. Questions and answers are posts, so the editor, attachments and votes all work as usual.
From question to accepted answer
Unlike a regular board, one answer is chosen, and the person who gave it is rewarded.
- Ask a question
Pick a topic and optionally put up bounty points. The bounty goes to the answerer when accepted.
- Answers arrive
Each person can answer once. Comments on questions and answers keep the conversation going.
- The asker accepts
Accepting pays out the bounty and rewards. Once accepted, it cannot be undone.

What is included
Bounty points
Tied to core points. Delete a question before accepting and the bounty comes back. Turn points off and bounties disappear too.
Topic categories
Up to two levels of topics. Show them as badges, a left sidebar or a grid.
Upvotes and downvotes
Turn each on or off. Let good answers rise, or skip voting entirely.
Answerer profiles
A profile card sits beside each answer. Member activity pages show questions, answers and acceptance rate.
Admin settings
Set the bounty range and rewards, list size, topics, page title and description, skin and layout.
Theme support
Supports 12 languages and dark mode. Apply an official theme and Q&A screens match the same design.
After installing: connect the module in the site menu editor to create a page, and set which groups can post questions, answers and comments in the permissions tab. Core points must be on to use bounties.
