Bookings for businesses that sell time
For anyone who sells time slots: classes, venue rentals, experiences and consultations. Here is what you can use today.
Calendar and time slots
Set opening rules by weekday and time and bookable slots are created automatically. Holidays and temporary closures can be set separately.
Capacity
Set how many people each slot takes. Full slots stop accepting bookings, and cancellations reopen them.
Booking form
Build your own fields. Name and contact, plus as many fields as you need, like party size or requests.
Consent
Collect cancellation policy and privacy consent during booking. What was agreed and when is recorded.
Operator console
A dedicated booking console, like commerce. See today's and pending bookings and confirm or cancel them.
Payments
Take deposits with zittme Pay and set rules for how much to refund depending on when a guest cancels.
Double booking is already blocked
The scariest thing in bookings is two people booking the same slot at once. It is hard to fix later, so we checked it first.
We sent ten simultaneous requests to a slot with capacity one and exactly one succeeded, and ten to a slot with capacity three and exactly three succeeded. We also confirmed that cancelled slots reopen and can be rebooked, and that the recorded booking count always matches the actual bookings.

Lodging for places that sell rooms
A module for guesthouses, B&Bs and small hotels. Unlike bookings it tracks inventory by date, so it ships as a separate module.
Rooms and room types
Manage several rooms of the same type. Set standard and maximum occupancy and extra charges per type.
Inventory by date
Track rooms left for each date. Multi-night bookings take inventory for the whole stay.
Rate overrides
Set separate rates for weekends, peak seasons and specific dates, layered over the base rate.
Cancellation policy
Set refunds by how many days before check-in. Calculated automatically at cancellation.
Operator screens
See bookings on a calendar and assign rooms.
Reviews and coupons
Guests leave reviews after their stay, and you can issue lodging coupons.

It is hard to see how bookings work from a description. We have opened two demos where you can make real bookings. No sign-up needed, and they reset at 4 a.m. every day.
A salon that books time
Pick a location and a stylist, then book a time. Full slots cannot be clicked, and deposits are paid with zittme Pay.
