A receive-only channel. Guests can submit, and replies go to the email address they gave. Suits one-off inquiries like partnership proposals or press requests.

From submission to close

What is included
Form builder
Put several forms on one page and add fields freely. 11 field types including text, email, phone, date, choice, file and consent.
Field mapping
Choose which fields supply name, email and phone. They show in the submission list and emails.
Email alerts
Notifies admins on submission and sends an auto-reply to the requester, using the engine's mail feature.
Attachments
Uses the engine file module. Allowed extensions and sizes follow site settings.
Spam protection
Filters automated submissions, with an optional CAPTCHA.
Separate skins
A responsive default skin is included, and theme skins ship with each theme.
