Coupons, tiers, and points
Features for adding discounts and building loyal customers: coupons, member tiers, and points.
How the three differ

With tier discounts, the reduced price is visible the moment the price is shown. Coupons and points are applied on the final checkout form.
Coupons
Create them in Console > Coupons.

After creating one, choose how to issue it.
- Direct issue — pick members and give it to them
- Code entry — buyers type the code on the checkout form
In the issue history you can see who received it and who used it.
Member tiers
Set criteria and benefits in Console > Tiers.
Tiers are calculated automatically from purchase history. Once you set a period and amount, members who meet the condition join that tier.

Points
Manage them in Console > Points. Commerce keeps its own ledger, separate from zittme core points.
When are they earned?
- At the set rate when an order is marked delivered
- At the set amount when a review is written
- Granted directly by the operator
Review points are per order. If someone buys the same product again, they can write another review and earn points again.
When can they be used?
Enter the amount to use on the checkout form. You can set a minimum usage amount in settings; amounts below it can't be used.
If an order is canceled, points spent on it are returned and points earned from it are taken back.
Points and coupons appear on the checkout form only when the base currency is KRW. They are hidden on foreign-currency checkout forms, because the ledger is in KRW and exchange rates would throw the amounts off.
Promotions
Give a group of products its own page and banner. Create them in Console > Promotions.
- Create a promotion and add a title and banner image
- Choose the products to include
- Decide whether to show it on the main screen
Use them for limited-time sales or new-arrival collections.
Badges
Small labels attached to product cards. Create them in Console > Badges and attach them in product edit.

Product inquiries
When a buyer leaves a question on a product detail page, it arrives in Console > Inquiries. Once you answer, the answer appears on the product detail page too.
Private inquiries are visible only to the author and the operator.
Common sticking points
Tier discounts don't appear in the list
Tier discounts are shown only to logged-in members. Logged-out visitors see the regular price.
The points field is missing from the checkout form
It's hidden when the base currency isn't KRW. Check the base currency in zittme Pay.
Can coupons and points be used together?
Yes. The coupon is applied first, and points are spent on the remaining amount.
